ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee the full length of your service, however you will be responsible for payment in full.

CANCELLATION, NO SHOW AND CONFIRMATION POLICIES

Your appointments are very important to our team at Nuovo Salon Spa. Time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services. We do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments. 

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, your stylist or esthetician loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)

No shows’ will be charged 100% of service amount

We respect you as a valued client and hope to continually be of service to you. We thank you for your loyalty. As a courtesy, all appointments made more than 24-hours before the appointment will be confirmed via email, text, or phone call.
